Types of Loading Spouts
Global Loading Spouts can be utilized in enclosed or open trucks, semi-tankers, railcars, and small stockpile situations. Both Low and high volume spouts are made to handle a wide range of application parameters.
Low volume loading spouts consist of internal material stacking cones that contain and direct the material flow using gravity and negative pressure. A flexible outer sleeve encompasses the stacking cones to capture any fugitive dust.
High volume loading spouts feature a telescopic tube-in-tube design. In open loading applications, the discharge scavenger is also equipped with a neoprene rubber skirt system to further control dust emissions.
In addition to their telescopic loading spouts, Global offers positioners, Slide gates , Diverters a dustless in-line filtration system and aeration systems to load and convey dry bulk materials in various applications including railcars, semi-tankers, open trucks, barges and open stockpiling.
Cost effective, Integral Dust Collector.
Global dustless loading spout integral filtration systems are engineered to capture the fugitive dust emitted from the spouts and deposit it back into the material flow during the loading process, eliminating material loss. An automatic pulse jet filter cleaning system uses high-pressure compressed air to purge the filters of accumulated material dust .These filter systems are more cost-effective than a free-standing dust collection system, which often requires the installation of additional ductwork, discharge rotary air lock and some way to reintroduce the material back into the system. These very compact filter systems are used in conjunction with Low and high volume loading spouts in enclosed, open, or combination loading applications. They feature a unique round and square-shaped design, reducing the overall height of the system which allows for a more low profile and compact model.
Global filter systems feature pleated polyester filter cartridges that are easily replaceable reducing downtime.
Compact Dust Collector For Silo Tunnel Clinker Extraction Point Venting
These filter systems are an excellent choice for dust control when used directly at the source. This includes conveyor head chutes, transfer point, ventilation of silo, silo tunnels,screens, mixers, more cost-effective than a free-standing dust collection system, which often requires the installation of additional ductwork, discharge air lock and some way to reintroduce the material back into the system. They feature a unique rectangular-shaped design, reducing the overall height of the system which allows for a more low profile and compact model. Filter systems feature pleated polyester filter cartridges that are easily replaceable reducing downtime. Easily visible Magnehelic® pressure gauges indicate when it is time to change the filters. Instead of featuring a secondary spiral hose to draft the air out which can shear and crack, these cartridge filters feature a cap above them that draws the air directly through. This unique design requires fewer parts that can wear or fail, keeping your maintenance costs low.
